CLEVELAND — #VoicesOfCle is a public art series in Cleveland featuring work by local artists, and while the NFL Draft happens downtown, the Downtown Cleveland Alliance wanted to present new works of art and Draft signage across the city center.

Four new artists are featured in the project: Isaiah Williams, Lauren Pearce, Stina Aleah and Rashaun Dillard.

“It’s such a rewarding feeling to be able to create art for our community,” said artist Isaiah Williams, “not only is it a way to bring the community closer together but it’s also way to inspire.”

The DCA hopes the art makes for a catalyst for discussions about equity and justice.

The artists’ pieces may be viewed at 55 Public Square, 770 Saint Clair Avenue and 1350 W. 3rd Street.

“There’s a lot of dope creators,” said Williams, “a lot of awesome painters, visual artists, it’s nice that the spotlights getting shown on what Cleveland has to offer.”​
