COLUMBUS, Ohio — As the COVID-19 pandemic drags on, parents are falling into a rut when it comes to getting their family to east healthy. 

Many find themselves feeling burnt out in the kitchen, so they're cooking less, ordering take out more or opting for the quickest, easiest meal—and it may not be the healthiest. 

With school situations in constant flux, it's especially important to ensure kids are getting the proper nutrition from fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and dairy at home. 

That's why the American Dairy Association Mideast is inspiring parents to give their family's nutrition a reboot at a time when it's important more than ever to stay healthy ready.
