The first part of our work week will be a little more active with chances for scattered storms through early Thursday. Today, rain chances are fairly low with just a few isolated showers/storms possible this afternoon and mainly for the eastern half of the state.
Any storms that are able to pop up should wane around sunset. We are seeing some patchy fog this morning but then we will switch to mostly sunny skies.
It will be a bit more humid today and that building humidity will bring in a better chance for more widespread rain and storms Tuesday into Wednesday. Afternoon highs will be warm today close to 90°. Cooler and drier air will move in by Friday and highs will drop into the 70s in some spots. The upcoming weekend looks pleasant with sunshine and highs in the lower and middle 80s.
