Sunday proved to be another great day to enjoy the outdoors across the state. Mixed skies, warm temperatures and slightly higher, but not oppressive humidity levels were found from the lake to the southern border. Tonight, we'll get a bit more muggy, with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies.

Monday will be a transition day, as a front will approach by the late afternoon to the early evening. With this, we'll see increasing clouds along with a slight chance for a shower or storm late in the day, especially to the north. Highs will be in the upper 80s to near 90.

Tuesday through the first part of Wednesday brings us showers and a few storms, as the front finally makes it through. Severe weather is not likely, although we'll be watching for a few heavy downpours in spots.

From Wednesday through the rest of the week, expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and highs back to where they should be: low to mid 80s.
