ORLANDO, Fla. — On June 26 and June 27, the first Democratic presidential debates were held in Miami ahead of the 2020 elections.

Twenty candidates duked it out on stage regarding hot button national issues such as the economy, healthcare, immigration, foreign affairs, and race relations.

Night one saw Cory Booker, Bill de Blasio, Julian Castro, John Delaney, Tulsi Gabbard, Jay Inslee, Amy Klobuchar, Beto O'Rourke, Tim Ryan, and Elizabeth Warren in a debate that mostly avoided scuffling.

Night two on the other hand, with Michael Bennet, Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg, Kirsten Gillibrand, Kamala Harris, John Hickenlooper, Bernie Sanders, Eric Swalwell, Marianne Williamson, Andrew Yang, had its most heated exchange between Vice President Biden and Sen. Harris.
