Columbus, OH -- The NCAA tournament makes a stop at Nationwide Arena this weekend—but the athletes aren’t the only ones getting ready for the “big dance.”

Nationwide Arena executive chef, Jake Buchanan and his team of chef's serve up more than just “hot dogs and chicken fingers.”

They've worked hard to create the best offensive menu, when it comes to feeding hungry sport fans.

Perfect for an arena of hungry sport fans, these little guys are overflowing with ingredients such as tender chicken, braised pork or savory beef.

This popular asian street food is easy to make and eat on the go.

Three bao bun recipes are part of the starting line up at this weekend NCAA tournament: korean taco, hoison chicken and beef bulgogi; but only one is a top seed contender.

“we’re going to sell all three, but the beef bulgogi, will be the fan favorite.”

Shaved rib is bathed in a juicy house made bugolgi sauce.

A mix of savory ingredients; onion, garlic, ginger, and sesame then sweetened with pineapple and orange juice and brown sugar.

Steamed not baked, these tiny fluffy bao buns are then filled with steamy slices of marinated meat, topped with a delicious “kimchi,” and shredded carrot then glazed over with even more bulgogi sauce.

It’s a full court press of flavors and an absolute crowd pleaser.

Small but mighty--bulgogi bao buns shread any underdog doubt - Bulgogi literally translates to “fire meat,” and customers love them.
