Franklin County Commissioner Erica Crawley's favorite part about being an elected official is seeing the government work before her eyes. One thing she wishes people knew about her job is how much her constituents' voices matter.

Crawley would say her biggest accomplishment so far is implementing an initiative to stabilize the cost of childcare. A few words she would use to describe her county are "growing, innovative, and "a leader."

Crawley's first job was working at McDonald's. In her spare time, she enjoys archery.
