Gahanna City Councilmember Trenton Weaver is proud to represent Ward 4. Born and raised in Gahanna, he was inspired to run for elected office to give back to the community that has given him so much.

Weaver's favorite part of his job is hearing directly from residents, who share what they love about the community as well as ideas to make it better. His current priority is making the zoning code and permit process more equitable and user-friendly, making it easier for people to work and invest in the city. 

His first job was as a referee for the Gahanna Soccer Association, and his favorite soccer team is the Tottenham Hotspurs. With a degree in musical theater,  Weaver's hidden talents include singing and playing the piano.
