Ohio House Democratic Leader Allison Russo (OH-24) enjoys engaging with constituents and advocates alike. She feels it is really important to learn from people most impacted by policy decisions. 

During her Know Your Electeds interview, Russo shared that she wished more people knew that legislators are just regular people, and very friendly and approachable. She encourages people to visit to the statehouse, as it's "the people's house."

Russo would describe her district as "innovative, engaged, and hard working." If she could have lunch with any public figure, it would be Michelle Obama.
