Ohio's 56th District Representative Joe Miller enjoys learning about the issues his community faces. He was inspired to run after becoming active on a zoning issue in his hometown of Amherst, OH. 

During his Know Your Electeds interview, Miller shares that he's incredibly proud of his district and believes it "shows grit". He points to how the district came back stronger than ever, rebuilding after losing vital economic pillars, including auto manufacturing and a steel mill. 

Miller would describe his district as "gritty, diverse, and full of opportunity".
