Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose gives insight into early voting numbers in Ohio. LaRose said early voting and absentee numbers show Ohioans are excited to get out and have their voices be heard.

He also addressed election security and the systems the state has in place to ensure results are accurate and fair.

“You don’t have to choose either security or convenience. We have secure elections and convenient elections, that’s the balance Ohioans want us to strike, and that’s exactly what we do,” he said.

Mike Kallmeyer and LaRose also talked about how other country’s attempt to threaten the security of elections in the U.S. by disseminating false information. Finally, Kallmeyer and LaRose walk through the different ways Ohioans can still vote ahead of the election.
