Mike Kallmeyer visited with Tracy Strobel, CEO of the Cuyahoga County Public Library, to discuss how her library system works with Digital Navigators and the resources that are available to seniors in her service area. She said often seniors are less confident about using the internet without breaking it, and her staff helps to reassure seniors that they can't damage the internet by using it.​
