Mike Kallmeyer met with Nora Briggs, Executive Director North America at the Dollywood Foundation, to talk about the Imagination Library.

"Most people know that Dolly's father was the inspiration for the Imagination Library,” said Briggs. “He called it probably the most important thing that she had ever done. Dolly said her dad was the smartest man she ever knew, but he could not read nor could he write, and she saw that it was limiting for him."​
