Browns General Manager Andrew Berry said the team did a comprehensive review before acquiring quarterback Deshaun Watson last week. Watson is being accused by 22 women of sexual misconduct.

Vaccine providers in Ohio are seeing a reduced demand for first doses and booster shots in the aftermath of the omicron wave. 

3. Mayor Pureval proposes $1M plan to deal with 'unacceptable' pedestrian safety issues

The City of Cincinnati plans on using $1 million in federal stimulus money to expand a safety program designed to reduce speeding and an “unacceptable” number of pedestrians being struck by motorists.

4. High school teacher training to be a Paralympian

A high school teacher is now a top-ranked para-triathlon athlete, and is now training for the next Paralympics. Kendra Herber is a teacher at Lakota West Freshman High School and is now training for the Paralympics.

Parma bakery raises $4,000 for Ukraine

Parma has one of the largest populations of Ukrainian people in Ohio, and right in the middle of the city’s Ukrainian Village is Breads and Beyond Bakery. The bakery is selling cookies to help Ukraine.
