Andrew Kozak is a meteorologist for Spectrum News 1 in Ohio.
He has forecasted in several locations across the country, including most recently at KCTV in Kansas City, and KVUE in Austin. Andrew also spent three years at WMC in Memphis. He also worked as a meteorologist in Tulsa, Okla. (as well as morning show co-host), Wichita, Kan., and Casper, Wyo.
His interest in weather started with a 35-foot long sock. That was the prop used to create the tornado in The Wizard of Oz. He first saw that iconic scene at the age of 4 at his parent's house in Staten Island, N.Y. It eventually launched an obsession-- and a career, in weather. He earned a degree in Meteorology from the Oneonta State University in New York.
In his spare time, Andrew likes to work out, travel and cook.
