CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio— It’s a happy ending for those who have been wishing Avril Lavigne was here in Ohio.
The eight-time Grammy-nominated pop punk singer announced a 2024 North American “Greatest Hits” tour on Monday. The 27-stop tour kicks off in May in Vancouver. It includes a stop in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, at the Blossom Music Center on Friday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m. The tour wraps up in Edmonton on Sept. 16.
Avril Lavigne has already promised to perform fan-favorites such as “Complicated,” “Sk8er Boi,” “Girlfriend” and “Here’s To Never Growing Up.”
Avril Lavigne will be accompanied by Simple Plan during her Ohio stop and Girlfriends will serve as her opening act.
The artist presale starts on Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. local time, with additional presales running throughout the week. Tickets go on sale to the public on Jan. 26 at 10 a.m. local time. General sale tickets are available via Ticketmaster.
