CLEVELAND, Ohio — Elon Musk purchased one of the world’s most popular social media platforms, Twitter, for about $44 billion on April 25.

Spectrum News spoke with Jessie Hill, a law professor at Case Western Reserve University and a former first amendment and civil rights lawyer, to discuss the intersection of free speech and social media spaces.
