Thunderstorms will be possible, if not likely, very late tonight. There is a chance that some of these storms could be strong to severe, with damaging winds and tornadoes possible. The highest risk for this will be in far western Kentucky.

Early Saturday, a few lingering showers or storms may be ongoing in central and eastern Kentucky, but will be weakening. Another round of widespread rain and storms overspread the region through the day, and these could be strong to severe as well. Windy and mild conditions will continue.
