Former Doherty Memorial High School football standout Isaac Yiadom was traded to the New York Giants during training camp so he did not have a lot of time to one, get his stuff and get out of Denver (where he played for the Broncos) and up to New York and two, to get acclimated with his teammates and with a brand new defensive system. He had some great teammates that helped him along the way and Isaac made a big impact for the Giants this season.

New York Giants defensive back Isaac Yiadom, "It was a lot, the way it works. You wake up and hear the news and you have to pack your stuff up an dmove to a whole other state in a couple hours. At first I was kind of surprised and down. I was leaving my buddies and Mr. Elway did tell me it would be good for me to get back to the Northeast and closer to my family. I was excited to get back to the East Coast because I am a big East Coast guy. And I knew how big of a team the Giants were and playing in the New York market was huge. I was pretty excited and it's been working out pretty well. In the beginning I just learning the defense a lot. Learned from the guys. We got a good secondary, a bunch of smart guys like Logan Ryan, James Bradberry who played really well. I just tried to learn from them because I missed camp obviously. Once I got comfortable with the defense I got the chance to start and tried to make the most of it."
