Devin Bates is a multimedia journalist who loves sports, political reporting, and sharing people’s stories.

Devin graduated from Westfield State University in 2018 with a degree in Communications and English.

During his time at Westfield, Devin reported on sports for the Westfield News and crime and breaking news for WWLP-22 in Chicopee. He also provided play-by-play commentary as a broadcaster for the Westfield State Athletics Department.

Devin then moved to Vermont, where he worked as a statehouse reporter for WVNY/WFFF and made appearances on the Vermont PBS Program, "Vermont This Week."

Devin is excited to be back in the Bay State reporting on the local issues that matter to his community.
