Cam Jandrow has been a part of the Spectrum News 1 team since 2015 as not only an anchor, but a reporter and production assistant as well.
A journalist of many trades, Cam recalls his most memorable story as his coverage of a ceremony held by Congressman McGovern to honor an Air Force veteran. More so, the honoree was a Worcester native, and this coverage also happened to be the first story Cam ever professionally covered. A culmination of his hard work through high school and college, Cam will always remember the moment he was finally able to put the skills he studied so hard for to the test.
Cam is a proud local of Worcester and fondly recalls growing up in the area with his parents and four siblings. For him, the various communities across the region are a crucial part of his life. The area he spent his entire life in, Cam proudly states that there is nowhere else he’d rather be.
Outside of the newsroom, you can find Cam unwinding at Vincent's on Suffolk Street or dusting off his skills at the local bowling alley. Believe it or not, Cam won the first Massachusetts High School Bowling State Championship in 2011.
