WORCESTER, Mass. – We have so many great high school football coaches in Central Massachusetts, and it has nothing to do with X's and O's. It has everything to do with caring for the players and making a positive impact on players during their time as students and even after they graduate.

Auburn head coach Jeff Cormier got his 200th win this season.

He has been a great influence for so many kids through the years at Auburn. His players love playing for him.

"Playing for coach Cormier is great. He holds everyone accountable," said Auburn captain Zack Wetzel. "He just wants to see us succeed and be the best player we can be."

"Playing for coach Cormier has been absolutely amazing," said captain Tommy Hayes. "He's been one of the most influential people of my life. He's a great guy and he really knows what he's doing. And it means a lot to be coached by him."

"Playing for coach Cormier is honestly awesome," said Captain Joey St. Jean. "He's just the perfect coach. He pushes you, but he has a love for all his players."
