Warren and other Massachusetts women were given the opportunity to speak at the DNC on the final day.

“We need Kamala Harris," she said. "This election is about your family and your future. I've seen Kamala Harris fight. I've seen her win. And when it comes to our families and our futures, Kamala Harris is someone we can trust."

Gov. Maura Healey (D-Massachusetts) was given a prime-time spot. She spoke about Harris’ experience as a prosecutor and how she believes Harris is a fair and honest woman.

“That's what this election comes down to. One candidate who's out for himself, or Kamala Harris for the people. It's a battle for the future of our nation,” said Healey. “Tonight, we will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Kamala Harris should be. She must be the next president of the United States.”

Now with just over two months until election day, the Harris campaign is trying to make up for lost time, since former President Donald Trump has been campaigning much longer in this race.

For Worcester native and international union representative David Keating, he thinks it will come down to the young voters.

“It’ll be tense. But there's a lot of support. There's a lot of new support. There's a lot of young support," said Keating. "I was talking with some younger voters, yesterday, and they were talking about how excited they are to actually help and continue on and grow this campaign and get the job done."
