WORCESTER, Mass. - The Futures League is a long season.

Playing six days a week, and being at the field for 8-12 hours, the days can be long. And if you don't have a good culture on the team and in the clubhouse, it can be hard to win.

The Bravehearts players love the culture on the team and everyone in the organization from Manager Alex Dion down.

"Everybody wants to be the best they can be here," said outfielder Owen Pincince. "There's no one that doesn't want to be here every day.  It's fantastic to have these guys and the support they give everyone, it's unbeaten."

"Yeah, the special thing about a team like this is that everyone wants to play at the next level," said pitcher Carson Walsh. "Everyone wants to have great college careers. So when you come here it's work and it's also fun, everyone has a common goal."

"I love the guys here," said pitcher Ben Griffith. "It's great to learn from guys that are from all over the country. Guys have a different perspective on the game. I think as the season's gone along we're all getting closer."

The Bravehearts are home on Sunday and Wednesday.
