WORCESTER, Mass. — Jacked on the Hill, a strength and conditioning program run by Holy Cross Director of Olympic Sports Jeff Oliver, is the longest continually running program in Central Mass. and the second-longest in New England.

The program, which runs between 6-11 weeks depending on the athletes' wants and needs, is for athletes between the ages of 12 and 30.

"I've been coming to Jacked since I was about 9," said Delaney Wojnarowicz, who's headed to Stonehill College to play field hockey. "Ever since I started playing high school field hockey, varsity as a freshman, I knew I needed to get on top of my game and work hard to be able to earn a playing spot as a freshman. Training all summer every summer has built so much self confidence."

"Going into freshman year, having this background, doing this for multiple years, it was a comfort because I knew what I was doing in the weight room," said UConn softball player Kaitlyn Breslin. "And I was also just as strong as the girls that had been there for multiple years."
