STERLING, Mass. - It's shaping up to be a beautiful April vacation week weather-wise, which is great news for families looking to get outside for some fun.
Davis Farmland in Sterling is now open for the season. Their children's discovery farm offers more than 50 different activities.
Co-owner Larry Davis said they were rained out last week, but the weather is looking a lot better this week and he’s excited to welcome students in for a break from the school work.
"Little girls like Jade here and all the other critters. We have tons of baby animals, there’s plenty of play areas for the kids, from the toddlers to the older kids and it’s just magic," Davis said. "It’s kind of like paradise for the little kids."
Davis expects thousands of visitors to stop by this week. He recommends buying tickets online in advance if you can.
