WORCESTER, Mass. — The Holy Cross football team will finish up spring practice with the spring game this Saturday.

This spring has been particularly important for the Crusaders as they learn a new offense and defense.

And so far the reviews are good with how quick everyone has picked it up.

"Spring practice so far has been aggressive, fast and I think that's how our team looks as well,” said LB Frankie Monte. "Our defense is flying around sideline to sideline making great contact. Offense flying around as well and making big plays, everyone's picking up the new offense and defense really quick."

"It's a new offense, new install, it's going to go fast, but you just have to trust one another, trust your coaches," said WR Matt Brunnelle, "Coach Gunnell has been great he's been helping us. Coach Dresner's been helping us a lot. Defense has been flying around. Each day we're getting better and better."

The spring game which concludes the spring practice season is Saturday.
