Former David Prouty football star Pat Ricard is in his seventh season with the Baltimore Ravens and the Ravens are the top seed in the AFC, meaning they have home field throughout the playoffs.

Ricard said that's a huge deal and believes this may be the best Ravens team he has been on in his seven years.

"Yeah this is my 7th year on the team, I think that the first good year we had was 2019," Ricard said. "We went 14-2, had a first round bye, we ended up losing in the divisional round.

"I think that or this team, but I think this team is more well rounded. We can throw the ball better, we play better defensively, special teams has always been solid here. But I feel like this is the year that's been the best so far."

The Ravens host the Houston Texans in the divisional round Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
