SHREWSBURY, Mass. - The Shrewsbury girls basketball team beat St. Paul 43-24 Tuesday night thanks to a furious second-half comeback. 

The Colonials trailed by three after the first quarter and by one at the half, but Shrewsbury played lock down defense in the second half while hitting some big shots to pull away. 

Shrewsbury had a balanced attack, with eight different players scoring. Angelina Baldor led the way for the Colonials with 12 points, followed by Sabrina Nault with 7 points. Lora Bosnjak had 11 points to lead St. Paul. Shrewsbury improved to 2-1 on the season while St. Paul is now 1-2.
