TAMPA, Fla. — The person that was taken into custody after a section of the airport was evacuated Friday night has been identified, Tampa International Airport officials said. 

Abraham Othman Yacoub, 25, has been charged with tampering with physical evidence and carrying a concealed firearm into a unauthorized/prohibited area following a security incident at Airside F .

TIA officials said there was no threat to passengers' safety and said they were being screened again before heading back into Airside F.

Today's operations at the airport are normal and the incident remains under investigation.
