STERLING, Mass. — Plenty of local businesses and attractions are showing some love for Mother’s Day.
At Davis Farmland, staff offered free admission for moms.
It was a packed crowd as children walked around the farm petting baby animals and trying out their new “Cow-Struction” site play area.
In addition to the free admission perk, moms were able to kick back and relax with complementary massages near the main entrance.
General manager Nicolette Sacco said it is all about taking some time to appreciate everything moms do.
“It’s what it’s all about for us, we love families, we love any of these types of holidays to recognize, today its moms, we’re also doing Fathers Day, kids get to bring their dad in for free,” Sacco said. “We just love really promoting the family environment and family fun on the farm.”
Next weekend, Davis Farmland is holding its Safety Weekend Festival.
Free admission is available for all active firefighters, emergency medical technicians, police officers, armed service personnel, veterans and their immediate families.
