STERLING, Mass. — On Saturday, the Davis Farmland Mega Maze opened up with a full month of activities planned.
Over 50 attractions have been set up in the surrounding area including a petting zoo, mini golf, ziplines, oversized board games and a pig race.
This year, there's also plenty of good food on tap including Kansas City barbeque, loaded mac and cheese and apple cider donuts.
Co-Owner Larry Davis said this year's maze is based on the Game of Life board game.
"The concept when you go through the maze, it’s kind of like you’re walking with a crystal ball and the idea is you’ll find all these things in the maze that will predict your future," Davis said. "You will find out what’s your chance of fame, fortune, love, whatever it may be so it’s an incredibly fun gaming experience.”
Tickets are $24.95 for adults (13+) if purchased online, or $28.95 at the gate. For kids five and older and seniors, tickets are $21.95 online or $25.95 at the gate. Children under 5 are admitted for free.
