WORCESTER, Mass. - The Worcester Red Sox will welcome the deaf and hard of hearing community Friday with a special night planned.

Players will wear specialty jerseys with "WooSox" written in American Sign Language. It's for deaf and hard of hearing awareness night.

ASL interpreters will be displayed live on the outfield video boards pregame and in between innings. After the final out, the Friday night fireworks show will feature an 80's themed soundtrack. The WooSox open their series at home against the Buffalo Bisons on Tuesday.
