WORCESTER, Mass. - As cases of COVID-19 surge across the area, the Worcester Public Library is canceling all in-person programs and events through the month of January.
Virtual programs will continue as scheduled and some in-person gatherings may be changed to a virtual format.
Library operating hours will remain the same at all library branches.
A reduced capacity is in place at each library branch:
- Main Library – 150
- Frances Perkins Branch – 15
- Great Brook Valley Branch – 5
- Goddard Branch – 15
- Burncoat Branch – 10
- Tatnuck Magnet Branch - 10
