MASS. - An ESL teacher from Lowell and a Rockland High School student are the winners of the fourth Massachusetts VaxMillions Giveaway.

The winner of this week’s $1 million prize is Lilly Guttenplan of Lowell. Guttenplan is an Elementary ESL teacher and a mother of two. She and her husband plan to put the winnings towards their daughters' college education. 

The winner of this week’s $300,000 college scholarship is Nadia Dutton of Rockland. Dutton is entering her sophomore year at Rockland High School this fall. She's a three sport athlete on the girls volleyball, basketball and lacrosse teams. Nadia is hoping to attend a four-year college in the New England area and is very interested in Salve Regina University.

Registration to enter the final drawing ends Thursday. The drawing will be held on Aug. 26. It will be the last drawing of five $1 million cash prizes and five $300,000 college scholarships available to 12 to 17-year olds who are fully vaccinated.
