WORCESTER, Mass. - If you're looking for what promises to be the next great sub sandwich in Central Massachusetts, you may want to get in line now.
The second Ziggy Bombs pop-up is happening in late August at Lucky's Cafe on Grove Street.
According to owner, Mike "Ziggy the Cook" Devish, the line at the first pop-up earlier this month was out the door of Lucky's and down Grove Street with people ready to try Devish's signature steak and cheese subs.
Ziggyy Bombs is putting ting unique spins on steak and cheese like adding Chinese food to them, and at the next pop-up Devish will feature the "Zig Mac," a steak and cheese spinoff of McDonald's Big Mac sandwich.
Devish has been cooking for over a decade and is currently working two cooking jobs, including one at Lucky's Cafe.
He says he always had a passion for cooking since he started at 15 and was given the nickname "Ziggy" when he was younger.
The next pop-up is Aug. 20 at Lucky's Cafe. Tune in to Spectrum News 1 next month for a feature on Devish and Ziggy Bombs.
