Former Doherty High football star Isaac Yiadom begins training camp with the New York Giants this week.

Last year, Yiadom was traded to the Giants from the Broncos right before the start of the season, so he had to learn a new system and get to know teammates and coaches at warp speed.

This year is definitely different for Yiadom. He knows the playbook, his teammates and coaches going into camp.  That's bad news for the rest of the league.

Yiadom is a big, fast, physical cornerback who can match up with speedy receivers or huge tight ends, so he gives the G-Men a lot of versatility on defense. The former Highlander is also a big contributor on special teams.

Our Kevin Shea spoke to Yiadom recently and gets his thoughts on heading into camp this season.
