WORCESTER, Mass. - You can learn a lot about a football team by watching them in the weight room and running sprints on the field during the hot summer months.
The Holy Cross Football team didn't get to work out on campus as a team last summer or fall because the campus was closed. The guys all got lifting and running plans at their houses and worked out hard on their own, but it's just not the same thing.
This summer, Holy Cross has all but two players in Worcester and working out together under the direction of the "Ric Flair" of Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Chris Grautski.
Watching Grautski push the players, as well as how they push each other, it's easy to see that the Crusaders program is built on a solid foundation.
Our Kevin Shea has the story in the video above.
