WEBSTER, Mass. - Monday's rain didn't stop a special Flag Day boat ride for area veterans. 

Indian Ranch in Webster offered a free lunch at Samuel Slater's and a free cruise on the Indian Princess for veterans.

About 80 veterans representing all branches of the U.S. armed forces going back to the Korean War took part in the tour.

Organizers say it's something the veterans look forward to every year and they're happy to have the cruise back after not being able to celebrate last year. 

The Indian Princess is a replica of a 19th century Mississippi paddle wheel river boat and came to Webster seven years ago.
