WORCESTER, Mass. - The former Allegro campus in Worcester has new tenants.
The Edward M Kennedy Community Health Center moved their administration office to the Northeast Cutoff location.
The property was sold in 2019 for nearly $4 million with plans to convert the 200,000 square foot manufacturing space to office space.
The Health Center moved their offices there in April. Other companies are also on the campus, including Phoenix Communications.
The Kennedy Health Center’s 19 Tacoma Street location is their flagship site and they will continue to provide programs at 631 Lincoln Street, in addition to 115 NE Cutoff. They also have sites in Framingham and Milford.
