GRAFTON, Mass. - A local business presented the graduating class of Grafton High School with a gift and a challenge.

The Labbe Family and All Phase Glass and Maintenance Corporation presented each Grafton High School senior with a $100 gift card.

All Phase owner Michael Labbe said he and his family are proud of the efforts put in by the senior class during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The gift card comes with a challenge.  Labbe is challenging the soon-to-be Grafton High alumni to use all or a portion of the gift card towards a good deed.

"They've missed so many things in the last 18 months and just felt that we want to do something good to pay it forward,” Labbe said. “Showing our appreciation how proud we are of them, but challenging the kids to take a portion of that and pay it forward in life, to do a good deed with it no matter if it's $5 or $100, just to pay it forward in life. Trying to teach them a lesson to do a good deed, pay it forward in life and it ends with one kind act a day that makes a difference in the world."

Grafton’s graduation will be held on Friday at 6 p.m. on the high school's football field.
