WORCESTER, Mass. - Transformative Healthcare has entered into a multi-year agreement with UMass Memorial Health, bringing hundreds of jobs to the Worcester area.

Starting June 1, Transformative will serve as the primary provider of non-emergency transportation. They will also assist UMass Memorial's Worcester EMS 911 service, as well as the life flight program.

On Thursday, April 8, Transformative is holding a job fair at the Courtyard by Marriot on Grove Street in Worcester.

Tranformative's Chief Operating Officer Robert Luckritz says they're looking to hire more than 200 EMTs, Paramedics and other positions.

"Over the past year I think it has been well recognized that health care is a pretty integral part of what we do here in the community. We've been working very hard over the past few years to partner with local health care facilities to better serve the community, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. And this really is a step forward for us to partner with one of the premier health systems here in the state of Massachusetts in order to better provide services to the Worcester Community," said Luckritz.

The job fair is being held until 8 PM Thursday night.
