The Staples store in Worcester's Lincoln Plaza is closing.

A Spectrum News 1 crew at the store this morning saw signs on the storefront that read “store closing, massive clearance sale,” and “your local store is closing.”

It's unclear at the moment if the closure is due to financial struggles due to the coronavirus pandemic, but many retailers have shuttered as a result.
