WASHINGTON — The U.S. Transportation Department will grant $5 billion for hundreds of projects in all 50 states, the agency said Friday. It’s the latest, and most likely last, round of funding for roads, railroads, bridges and other mobility projects enabled through one of President Joe Biden’s most consequential acts during his term — the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
