INGLEWOOD, Calif. — The United States faced Brazil Saturday at SoFi Stadium. The match is helping stadium officials and international officials prepare for the 2026 World Cup.
It’s the 11th international soccer match the stadium in Inglewood has hosted.
The U.S. men’s and women’s soccer teams have played matches here within a month.
In addition to the World Cup, the 2028 Olympic games will be in Los Angeles. Three Olympic venues, including SoFi Stadium, will be in Inglewood, within a mile of each other.
