LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Spectrum donated $1,000 on Friday to St. Vincent De Paul Conference of St. Patrick through the company's Employee Community Grant program.
St. Vincent De Paul helps those in need pay overdue rent and utility bills, in addition to providing funds for food and other services. Spectrum leaders were joined by State Sen. Julie Raque Adams (R) during the event in Louisville.
The Spectrum Employee Community Grants program has provided funding to nearly 400 local nonprofits in 32 states throughout the company’s service area since its inception in July 2019.
Each awardee is nominated by one of the company’s more than 101,000 U.S. employees who has volunteered with the organization for at least one year.
Charter Communications, Inc. is the parent company of Spectrum and Spectrum News 1.
