A powerful winter storm will continue to affect the state, bringing dangerously cold conditions and gusty winds.
Along with the cold air, we expect winds to howl, with gusts over 40 mph possible.
With these strong winds, isolated power outages are possible. We're already seeing thousands of customers without power across the state.
The strong winds will also cause some dangerous wind chill values that could easily reach the negative twenties.
With wind chills this low, frostbite could occur in less than 30 minutes. Limit your time outside, or if you have to be outside, make sure to pile on the layers.
