Moderate rain will continue to impact the southern half of the state overnight.

The southern half of Commonwealth is still under a Flood Watch through tonight.

The rain will end for southeastern Kentucky by Wednesday morning.

Winds will also be gusty, reaching near 40 mph at times. With saturated grounds, some trees may come down. Winds will begin to settle down overnight.

River levels will rise through late-week and even into the weekend.
