LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Ghosts and goblins will once again take over the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory on Oct. 22 for its annual Home Run Halloween.

What You Need To Know

  • Kids can get in for free by purchasing tickets at the museum's website and using the code "BOO2022"

  • There will be candy handouts, a balloon artist and a chance to receive a mini bat

  • Also on display again this year is the World's Largest Vampire Stake

Kids can get free admission by purchasing tickets at the museum's website and using the code BOO2022.

Kids will be treated with candy handouts, a balloon artist, photo ops and mini-pumpkins to take home. But for a bonus, kids have a chance to receive an "eerie-sistible" mini bat while supplies last, according to the museum.

Attendees are also encouraged to wear costumes to soak up the Halloween spirit.

“As the saying goes, ghouls just want to have fun,” said Deana Lockman, executive director of experiences. “Home Run Halloween at the museum is always a scary good time and something we look forward to treating guests to each year.”

Another sight for guests to enjoy is The World’s Largest Vampire Stake — an 8-foot-tall stake that was crafted at the factory.
