NEWPORT, Ky. — This Sunday is a big day for Newport, Cincinnati and Covington as Riverfest 2022 kicks off. Helping set up for Sunday’s festivities along Newport’s Riverfront on Thursday was Charles Griffith, who’s a concessions supervisor with ColdIron.
“We’re going to have Coke and water bottles in here. Further down, we’ll have Miller Highlife and Braxton Brewery,” he said while helping make sure tents and booths went up.
